It includes 4 rolls of Super 8 film—capturing candid moments and emotions, woven into your highlight film, and set to a personalised soundtrack. A film that feels as honest, emotional, and enduring as your love.
How we tell your story
Cinematic wedding videography with a vintage flare
Your wedding film will be shot in digital and Super 8 film. With Sony’s cinema line cameras and G master lenses, we’ll take you on a journey through your day in crisp, clean and cinematic 4K footage.
This footage will be harmoniously intertwined with analogue Super 8 film which we will capture throughout the day, observing and selecting those romantic, candid moments.
An authentic portrayal of your love story
Your love story is about more than just one day. We want to know where you began as a couple and what you envision for your future together as you plan your wedding day and the rest of your lives. That’s why we offer story sessions to every couple. This session let's you reminisce and play and get comfy in front of the camera. It's all about making even more memories to cherish and relive in your film.
Our Creative Process
Point of booking
Meet Paul your videographer over a coffee (or zoom if you prefer) to get to know each other better and see if you’re a good fit. We know it’ll be a match made in heaven! Upon confirmation, we require a 20% deposit to secure your date. Here we’ll also schedule and plan your story session. Then it’s all steam ahead towards your big day.
4 weeks prior
You’ll receive a phone call from us to chat about the schedule for the day. If needed, we’re happy to provide tips and advice about structuring the day based on our seasoned wedding experience. You’ll be sent a curated questionnaire to help us get familiar with your plans. We’ll also talk in more detail about planning the bridal shoot and what to expect on the day.
7 days prior
Not long now! You’ll receive a quick call just to check in and see if any changes have been made to the schedule. Some small talk about the weather is in order here too. Rain or shine, we’ve got your videography needs covered!
The Big Day
Your big day has finally arrived! Our number one priority: that you are relaxed and having fun. Today, you don’t have to worry about a thing - leave all the memory capturing to us and focus on enjoying each other. We’ll be right there beside you to guide you if needed.
7-10 days after
You’re still on cloud nine! Meanwhile we’ve been waiting patiently for your analogue film to develop (it takes about a week). You’ll receive a teaser trailer of the day, providing you with a sneak peek of what’s to come. See? There’s still more wedding fun to be had! You’ll be getting excited all over again.
14-18 weeks after
Your one-of-a-kind, cinematic, highlight film is ready! We’ve left no stone unturned, and are proud to present your wedding film. We’ll send you the link to your private online gallery, where you can view, download and share your film with your friends and family. And what’s more, your keepsake roll of Super 8 will be delivered to your door as a memento of your day!
